We focus on designing, manufacturing and supplying customized die-casting parts (zinc, aluminum alloy), plastic injection parts (ABS/PC/PA/PP/PE, etc. ) and car locks (including ignition locks, central door locks, controllers, remote keys, hood locks, car door hinges and car door limiters) and so on.
Our company has an efficient team with more than 200 excellent employees, including one mature technical team, using CAD/CAM/CAE etc. System technology for product design, manufacturing and testing. Besides, we own 10 sets of advanced aluminum die-casting machines from 88T to 1000T, 10 sets of injection molding machines from 100T-800T, 8 sets of precision CNC machining centers, 6 sets of high-precision lathes and 5 assembly lines. Meanwhile, we have complete test ability with test facilities such as three coordinates, high and low temperature test chamber, spectrometer, salt spray test chamber, Vickers electronic hardness tester and others.
The main customers include Daimler-Benz, Europe Panasonic, Nissan, SANY Heavy Industry, Sino-Trunk, Shanxi Dayun and other well-known domestic and international enterprises.
